Our database, which includes over 2 Billion records across Europe, offers a wide range of accurate and up-to-date data. Among the collected information are first name, last name, email, phone number, date of birth, and address. With this data, we provide customized and highly precise solutions, meeting various business needs with a comprehensive and reliable service.
Our Cloud services for customer data validation rely on a process that ensures both accuracy and security. First, we receive the data through our dedicated web service, but it is also possible to send us a CSV file for batch processing. Once received, the data is compared with the information already stored in our database. Each piece of data submitted is analyzed and compared with our records, receiving a score based on the similarity between the provided data and what’s stored in the database. Additionally, to protect privacy, sensitive information such as emails and phone numbers can be encrypted before being submitted. This approach ensures that the data is handled securely and in compliance with privacy protection standards.
Our system is developed and maintained in the EU where all the data are stored. All data travels on secure channels; moreover, our platform will always manage customers' emails and mobile phones in encrypted mode. To keep the process as simple as possible for our clients, we offer access to all countries through one single API. For easy disclosure purposes, a unified pricing structure across all countries applies. Positive matches are chargeable, unsuccessful queries are not. An online Dashboard will show you the main performance indicators of your IDV activities in real time.
The process of matching customer data varies based on the unique characteristics of each country. While a perfect match is straightforward when the data aligns, issues can arise due to misspellings, missing details like dates of birth, or discrepancies in city names. To address these challenges, we utilize adaptive algorithms tailored to each country. These algorithms identify potential errors, such as missing or swapped letters, inverted dates, and variations in name formats, ensuring accurate matches even when the data provided is incomplete or slightly inaccurate. This approach allows us to deliver reliable results despite data inconsistencies.
To better understand how this process works, here is an example of a comparison between the submitted data and the information in our database. The table illustrates how our algorithms evaluate each element, assigning a score based on the match and highlighting any discrepancies.
