Personal data provided by the user:
These data are voluntarily provided by the user during website navigation
or when using site features, such as:
1. Completing and submitting the Contact Form on the website to request information or assistance. Information collected includes name, surname, email address, and phone number;
2. Submitting a CV and unsolicited job applications. The information collected includes all data contained in the submitted application. Please note that without specific consent to data processing, the application cannot be considered, and the data will be removed from our systems;
3. Subscribing to the website Newsletter to receive regular updates from our Blog. Information collected includes name, surname, email, and company.
In all cases, the processing of personal data is based on the free consent of users who have requested information or assistance via the Contact Form, subscribed to the Newsletter, or chosen to submit a job application through the website.
All personal data provided by users is voluntary, and no data is mandatory.
However, certain fields may be required to fulfill user requests (e.g., an email/phone number for a quote request).

Digital Metrics o ers identity verification (IDV) services to support Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) solutions.
We collect your data and will share it under our legitimate interest with third party independent data controllers, including resellers and distributors, to help provide their services to other clients. These third parties provide identity verification services to clients such as the tracing of individuals, verification and/or validation of the identity of individuals for the purposes of, but not limited to, anti-money laundering regulations, national security, crime prevention and detection, anti-fraud processes, asset recovery, asset reunification and assessment of affordability.
Digital Metrics may process your personal data as a data processor on behalf of its customers, including resellers and distributors, for identity verification purposes. These third parties provide identity verification services for purposes such as AML regulations, age verification, and fraud prevention.
Personal data collected by our data controller partners may be transmitted or used on behalf of our customers for the purposes mentioned above. Our customers may operate in industries such as identity verification.
Personal data is processed manually and electronically, using automated and non-automated tools. Only authorized personnel have access to personal data, and only for the time necessary to fulfill specific processing purposes.
Data may be communicated to other service providers, always located within the European Union, appointed as Data Processors on behalf of Digital Metrics. Personal data may also be communicated to competent authorities, if required by law or for public safety or vital interests.
Personal data collected through the website is retained only for the time necessary to process requests or provide services. Afterward, such data will be permanently deleted.
Customer data will be retained for the duration of the contract, and contact details (name, surname, location, company) will be retained for marketing purposes for up to 24 months, unless the customer objects or requests deletion.
3.3. Data Security Digital Metrics processes and stores personal data with the utmost security, using robust physical and IT security measures to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, dissemination, or destruction.
The privacy legislation grants each interested party, customer or user, specific rights regarding the processing of their personal data.
In particular, the interested party has the right to know, at any time, what personal data and information Digital Metrics holds about him, where they come from, how and by whom they are used.
Individuals also have the right to request the updating, integration and rectification of their data, if inaccurate or incomplete, as well as the right to request their cancellation or limitation of processing and to oppose their processing for legitimate reasons.
Individuals have the right to revoke at any time any consent to the processing of data without prejudice to the lawfulness of processing prior to the revocation, based on the consent previously given.
The individual, if a customer of Digital Metrics, also has the right to receive his/her personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit such data to another controller. In such cases, the interested party, if technically possible, has the right to obtain direct transmission of the data.
If necessary, in order to ascertain the correct identity of the interested party, Digital Metrics may request the provision of further information or documents that guarantee the legitimacy of the exercise of the rights.
